I'm an average bloke, just like you, who had depression. With two years of research and the help of a Naturopath I solved my depression quickly. I'm not a health practitioner but I'm a pretty good researcher. I do have a University Degree as a civil engineer, but don’t let that put you off. I’m also a great experimenter and believe me I tried a lot of things to fix my depression.
